He comes from Belarus, where he started his education. Since then, he has studied in Spain and Ukraine to enrich his knowledge. Later, he attended the Master’s Programme in Urban Studies and Planning at Aalto University in Finland, which he successfully finished recently.

He has seven years of professional experience working in various contexts and scales, from vast masterplans and spatial development strategies to construction details.

Aliaksei is fond of participatory design and collaborative planning, on which he focused his Master’s thesis research.
