What a great opening of Fanø Bad! The local residents of Fanø have really welcomed the projekt and it looks fantastic!

With this project the heritage of Fanø Bad becomes present again, the aim of the project was to re-establish the promenade culture. In the 1890ies the first beach resort in Denmark opened in Fanø Bad, and the area became a prominent destination where the higher society could enjoy the West Coast of Denmark. The light and the nature of Fanø was an

important inspiration for our design. The yellow brick pavement ties city and landscape together and the new furniture designed by Everyday Studio makes room for events and everday life.
