Borgå is one of Finland's oldest cities from 1300. The city is divided into an old middle age town and a newer empire town built after 1840. Borgå Torg was established as a part of the new empire town, where the residents of the city had an influence on how the city should develop. The plan consisted of several parks and recreation areas. The city bloomed and the cultural and sport life was very lively....

Almost a year ago the new Healthcare Center in Hvidovre was completed. The transformation of the former Post office was done by Nordic – Office of Architecture. We designed the outdoor areas and all in all we have created a modern healthcare center with a warm and welcoming environment. The 2nd of April is the birthday of H.C. Andersen. This year the day was marked at the construction site of the new H.C. Andersen Museum in Odense. A conceptual cornerstone on the new museum was laid - containing projects drawings, an H.C. Andersen quote, and a paper cut....

We are starting up 2nd phase of Skousbo Climate Neighbourhood. We have finished the first subregion of Skousbo which lead to a successful sale of the building plots! We are happy to continue the same sustainable drainage system principles (SUDS) as the first phase with visible drainage of the area. Through canals and ditches, the water is lead out to the landscape creating recreative values for the area and citizens....

We are excited to welcome Karin Karltun to our team in Copenhagen. Karin is studying landscape architecture at SLU Alnarp. During her internship at MASU, she will work on a wide range of assignment, both competitions and detailing. As a start, she will help figure out a planting scheme for our masterplan of Birkebjerg housing area...
